Kathmandu Nepal
In Kathmandu, you will visit many historical monuments dating back thousands of years. Kathmandu is a city of temples and museums. The tour includes visiting Swayambhunath, also known as the Monkey Temple.
Swayambhunath offers a great aerial view of Kathmandu. Then, you will visit one of Nepal's most important religious sites, Bouddhanath Stupa, the largest stupa in the country. The tour then takes you to two royal palaces- Kathmandu Durbar Square. Apart from these places, you stop by museums, art galleries, and local markets.
Pokhara Nepal
Pokhara is the second biggest city in Nepal and is known as the city of lakes. You can stay near Phewa Lake. The Lakeside Market is like the Thamel of Pokhara. The tour takes you to Saragkot, where you can see a stunning aerial view of the city and a superb view of Mt. Fishtail, Mt. Annapurna, and Lamjung Himal. You will then visit the Peace Pagoda, Davis Falls, Bindhyabasini Temple, Gupteshwor Cave, etc.
Chitwan National park Nepal
Chitwan is home to the wilderness. On a deep jungle safari, you'll encounter wildlife such as one-horn rhinos, elephants, wild boars, tigers, bears, deer, and pheasants. Here, you will visit the village of an indigenous community, Tharus, and do other activities like canoeing, jungle walking, elephant bathing, and bird watching.
Paro Bhutan
In Paro, you will visit Paro Rinpung Dzong, also known as the fort of the heap of jewels. This place houses the Paro District Civil Administration, the Paro Monastic Body, and the Paro District Court.
This small dzong was built in the 15th century and later reconstructed in 1645 by Shabdrung. Then, in 1905, the fort caught fire and was rebuilt by the Paro Penlop Dawa Penjor. You can also visit Kyichu Lhakhang, built in 638 AD by Tibetan King Songtsengampo. It is one of the oldest temples in Bhutan. You will then hike to Taktsang monastery (Tiger's Nest).
Thimphu Bhutan
The tour in Thimphu takes you to Memorial Chorten, which is constructed in memory of the late third king of Bhutan. We will then visit the weaving center, where you can see the clothes of Bhutanese royals. The tour proceeds to the National Library and Handicrafts Emporiums. Depending upon the time, you will also visit the Institute of Traditional Medicine and the famous Thangka Painting School.
Punakha Bhutan
Punakha is reached after a 2.5-hour drive from Thimphu. Here we will visit Punakha Dzong and Chimi Lhakhang. En route to Chimi Lhakhang, stop at Wangdue Dzong, a beautiful temple on a small hill. Chimi Lhakhang is a sacred place dedicated to Lama Drukpa Kuenley, also known as Divine Madman. It is one of the most religious sites in Bhutan.
