I am from Dhading (Tripurasundari-07), Nepal (A remote part of Nepal that lies northwest of Kathmandu), and I graduated in Travel and tourism from Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu, Nepal.

I started my career in the Nepalese Tourism industry as a porter at the age of 17, and after working as a porter for three years, I took Training to be a guide provided by Nepal Academy of Tourism Hotel Management (NATHM), Kathmandu, Nepal. I then started to guide tourists to the Himalayas. I became a trek and tour leader after working as a guide for a few years. I worked for a few more years and succeeded in gaining a lot of knowledge in this business.

I came to realize that I could provide better travel services at a competitive price to the clients, which was lacking in the Nepalese tourism companies due to my depth of knowledge in the areas of tourism in Nepal, which is very important for both domestic and international tourism including trekking in Nepal and decided to establish his own company the Outfitter Himalaya Holidays P. Ltd.

I am committed to providing first-hand trekking & hiking in Nepal, heritage sightseeing city tours, climbing & expedition, wildlife safaris, rafting adventures, outdoor activities, and travel-related services at a competitive price within its destinations (Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet) with a continued commitment to ensuring that they have a lasting positive effect. At the same time, tourism can really help local communities, generating income, positive cultural exchanges, and protecting the natural environment.

Sobita Khanal is a well-educated woman from Dhading, Nepal. Sobita joined the Outfitter Himalaya from its beginning and holds the Marketing Director post.

She is also an excellent tour guide and has deep knowledge of Nepal's culture, history, arts, and architecture. She has had government-approved Tourist Guide Training from the Nepal Academy of Tourism & Hotel Management (NATHM).

She enjoys meeting new people, interacting with them, and sharing information about Nepal with them. She has good knowledge of written and oral forms of English, which has helped her deliver an excellent interpretation of our historical sites to the tourists.

Suraj Pokhrel is a young guy from Dhading who joined the Outfitter Himalaya from its start. He holds the post of Operational Manager.

His job is communicating with clients and organizing a meeting for pre & post-trip orientations. He monitors all the trips, gets in touch with the clients & staff while they are on trips, and solves any problems while trekking in the Himalayas or touring other destinations. He takes care of all the operational parts of the company.

He worked as a trekking guide before becoming a Manager. He has been on the trekking routes of Nepal, including the Annapurna Region, Everest Region, and Langtang Region. So, He is a beautiful guide and leads groups to the Himalayas.

Ramesh is a well-educated & experienced tourist guide in Nepal. He has had government Tourist Guide training from the Nepal Academy of Tourism & Hotel Management, so he is a certified guide in Nepal.

He has deep knowledge of the culture, history, geography, & trekking areas of Nepal. He has guided hundreds of tourists to all the major tourist destinations in Nepal, including Kathmandu, Pokhara, Lumbini, Chitwan, Dhulikhel, Annapurna, Langtang, Everest, Mustang and many more. He is a wonderful tourist guide in the Outfitter Himalayas.

Bibas Kumar Dhungel is an excellent and experienced Tour Guide in the company. After receiving his degree from Tribhuvan University, he received a license from the Ministry of Tourism of Nepal. Bibas has professional discipline and a competent, sincere, polite, and helpful nature towards all.

We are proud to introduce him as our tour guide for our valued clients because of his excellence in city tours and treks that include Everest Base Camp Trek, Annapurna Base Camp Trek, Annapurna Circuit Trek, Lumbini Tour, and Pokhara Tour.

Visitors can observe Nepal's historical monuments and natural, social, and cultural aspects from an intellectual point of view under the guidance of Bibas Kumar Dhungel.

Kabita Khanal is from Dhading, Nepal. She is an honest, informative, and well-trained city tourist guide. She is well-known for her cultural heritage in Nepal. She has been guiding tourists in the cultural sites of Nepal for many years and has been working with Outfitter Himalaya since its establishment.

She is good in both oral and written English. She knows much about Hindu & Buddhist culture, arts, and architecture. She guides tourists on the Kathmandu day tour, Bhaktapur & Patan tour, Bungmati & Khokana tour, Dakshinkali & Pharping tour, and all the sightseeing tours in Nepal.

Having a master’s degree from Tribhuvan University, Shova has deep knowledge of the culture, religion, & history of Nepal. Shova has been a city tour guide for many years and has worked with Outfitter Himalaya since its establishment.

Shova is fluent in English and an honest, hardworking, and experienced professional guide. She guides tourists in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Chitwan & Lumbini.

Rajan Thapa (Raj) has been working as a trekking guide in the Nepalese Himalayas for many years and has been working with Outfitter Himalaya since its establishment. He is a knowledgeable and experienced guide in our company.

His favorite trekking areas are Annapurna Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, Everest Base Camp Trek, and Langtang Valley Trek; enjoy your trekking holidays with our expert local guide, Rajan Thama (Raj).

Bhimsen is a young and keen guide in the company. After working for many years as a porter, he took the training as the trekking guide provided by the government of Nepal. He became a guide with experience in the entire trekking region in Nepal and has been in all those trekking regions. He has devoted himself as a trekking guide with Outfitter Himalaya Holidays P. Ltd.

He knows various trekking trails, most famous in Nepal Everest, including Everest Base Camp and Everest Cho la Pass Trek, Annapurna Circuit Trek, and Langtang Circuit Trek. He is always happy for adventurous journeys with trekkers/travelers from all over the world.

Dipak had started his career in the tourism industry as a trekking porter. And, now works as a guide in Outfitter Himalaya. He is one of the energetic & young guides who believes in serving tourists in a friendly environment. The Ministry of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Nepal, licenses him.

He is familiar with the major trekking trails of Nepal and has been on the most adventurous trails, including Manaslu Circuit, Annapurna Circuit Trek, Everest High Passes Trek & Kanchenjunga.

Pralad Dharel is an energetic, young, and dynamic trekking guide working in the company. After working for many years as a trekking porter, he took the training to be a trekking guide & started working as a guide in Outfitter Himalaya Holidays p. Ltd.

Prahlad has made several treks in the high mountain areas of Nepal. He is fun and friendly.

Amrit has been working as a trekking guide in the Nepalese Himalayas for many years and has been working with Outfitter Himalaya since its establishment. He is a knowledgeable and experienced trekking guide in our company.

His favorite trekking areas are Annapurna Base Camp Trek, Annapurna Ghorepani Poon Hill Trek, and Langtang Valley Trek; enjoy your trekking holidays with our expert local guide, Amrit.

Saroj is an energetic young guy with enough experience in the trekking field as he has many years of experience as a guide & porter and has done all the trekking routes in Nepal.

He has taken guiding training provided by the Ministry of Tourism. After getting several experiences in different trekking regions with trekkers from other parts of the world, He knows how to make clients happy.
