The comfortable and spacious helicopter cabin ensures a smooth and enjoyable ride, allowing you to relax and take in the panoramic vistas around you. This unique mode of transportation adds an element of thrill and luxury to your journey.

Throughout the flight, you will be mesmerized by the stunning views of the Himalayas, including the majestic Mount Everest and other towering peaks of the Khumbu region. This helicopter flight lets you ditch the overwhelming commercial Kathmandu Lukla flight and enables you to fly without stress.

Come across the diverse flora and fauna of Sagarmatha National Park

Sagarmatha National Park boasts rich biodiversity. As you explore the park's trails, you will come across various plant species, ranging from alpine meadows to dense forests of rhododendron, birch, juniper, and fir. We are committed to preserving this natural beauty and minimizing our environmental impact. Our trek follows the principles of Leave No Trace, and we encourage our guests to do the same.

The park is also home for much wildlife, including the elusive snow leopard, Himalayan black bear, musk deer, and red panda. Birdwatchers will be delighted to spot rare species such as the Himalayan monal, pheasant, and yellow-billed chough.

Explore picturesque Sherpa villages and get to see their lifestyle

As you embark on the Trek, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the daily lifestyle of the mountain people, including the Sherpas. The trail passes through many small settlements; each offers a glimpse into the rich culture and traditions of the locals. You will explore monasteries and stupas, further deepening your understanding of this unique community.

Hike to Hotel Everest View and explore the iconic Namche Bazaar

The hike to Hotel Everest View begins from Namche Bazaar. The trail winds through lush forests, across suspension bridges, and up steep hills and offers trekkers a chance to experience the region's rugged beauty up close. After a few hours of hike, you arrive at Hotel Everest View, from where they will get an excellent view of Everest (8,849 m).

The hike also offers an outstanding view of Mt. Thamserku (6,608 m), Kongde Ri (6,187 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), Mt. Nuptse (7,61 m), and Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 m). You can also continue the hike to Khumjung Monastery. It is one of the oldest monasteries in the Khumbu region and houses a scalp of yeti.

After you return to Namche Bazaar, you can spend the remaining day exploring the market. You can also visit local shops, cafes, and restaurants.

Adventurous trail with fascinating artistic monasteries and prayer flags

As we all know, the Everest base camp trail is adventurous because it ascends and descends along narrow and steep hillsides.

The old bridges, streams, and glacier crossings make the journey fascinating. You pass by mules and yaks. Trust us, you'll never see such a hospitable environment anywhere else, where everyone smiles and says Namaste to each other even if they are strangers.

Along the trekking route, there are many stupas and monasteries. You visit the ancient Khumjung and Tengboche monastery during the Luxury Everest Base Camp Odyssey. Apart from these monasteries, prayer wheels, chortens, and prayer flags are everywhere. The locals are followers of Buddhism mostly.

Witness diverse landscapes and mountain views, unwind and bond with nature

Even if we count mountains on our fingers, we'll be unable to fit every single one we see while trekking. Every step of the Trek will bring you close to nature. The tranquil and soothing environment will let you unwind your thoughts and become more apparent in your life. The lush green valley changes into barren, rocky hills.

Mt. Everest (8,848 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), Mt. Nuptse (7,861 m), Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 m), Mt. Pumori (7,161 m), Mt. Cho Oyu (8,188 m), Mt. Makalu (8,463 m), Island Peak (6,160 m), Lobuche Peak (6,119 m), etc. are some of the Himalayan mountains you see on the Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek.

Stunning sunrise from Kala Patthar, the highest point of the trekking

At 5,545 meters, Kala Patthar boasts gorgeous sunrises and 360-degree views of mountains. This part of the trail takes you above the clouds and presents heavenly scenery. As Mt. Essential Information

Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek Difficulties

Luxury Everest base camp trek is a moderate trek, which means the trail has no technical climbing or requires advanced physical fitness. However, there are long ascends and descends along rugged, forested paths. Apart from the trodden trail, the high altitude and limited infrastructure make the trek challenging for some trekkers.

The high altitude and drastic environmental change may lead some trekkers to acute mountain sickness, also called altitude sickness. How your body reacts at high altitudes is out of our control.

Still, we will try our best to give you the best service and immediate medical assistance if you happen to suffer from altitude sickness during the Trek.

Luxury Everest Base Camp Trek Preparation

There are a few things you can do to make the Trek to Everest base camp smoother. First, make sure your itinerary has ample rest days. Take your time while trekking, and enjoy the journey to the fullest. Below, we have provided our best advice for preparing for the Everest base camp trek.

Keep 4 to 6 weeks aside to prepare for the EBC Luxury trek. In that time, get your body and mind ready for the Trek. Increase your stamina and walking habit to 6-7 hours a day.

  • Get trekking shoes early if you plan to buy a new pair and use them. You'll have a comfortable walk on the trail.
  • Include emergency evacuation and medical bills in your travel insurance.
