Tamang Heritage Trek Map
Tamang Heritage Trail is a circular trek that starts and ends in Syabrubesi (1,550m). It passes through Tamang villages, including Gatlang (2,238m), known for its warm culture, and Tatopani (2,607m), known for its healing hot springs.
The trail then climbs to Nagthali (3,165m). Nagthali is a meditation retreat spot with incredible mountain views. After Nagthali, you will start to descend into the village of Thuman (2,338m).
