Nagarkot Sunrise Hike 1 Day
Nagarkot Sunrise is a one-day hiking program from Kathmandu that begins early in the morning. Our tour guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby.
You'll drive up to the Nagarkot viewpoint, where you will have a fantastic sunrise view over the Himalayas. After enjoying the view, you'll have a delicious breakfast in one of the hotels or restaurants in Nagarkot and begin hiking toward the sacred Changunarayan temple.
It takes 3 to 4 hours to hike from Nagarkot to Changunarayan temple. You'll follow a forested path past small settlement areas. After visiting the temple, you drive back to Kathmandu.
The Nagarkot hiking trail passes through lush forests, terraced fields, and small villages. To reach Nagarkot, you will come out on the graveled road.
