We (Outfitter Himalaya) apply for a China visa as you need to travel only through a travel agency, and the only guided tour is available in Tibet/Lhasa.

We need a color-scanned copy of your passport a month before the tour date and your passport for at least four business days to apply for and get a China visa.

You have to stay in Nepal while we apply for a China visa. We advise you to take a tour of Nepal these days. We also have a Nepal-Tibet Tour.
