Child and Infant Fare

• Child fare applies for the child passenger aged between 02 to (under) 12 Years of age and 33 % of the normal fare without tax, and for the infant aged under 2 years 90% without tax are discounted in normal fare.
• Identity Card
• Any valid identity card with a photo is required to issue the ticket with us, and an identity card is required to check in to the flights.

Cancellation of flight by the Airlines

• In case of cancellation of a domestic flight due to bad weather or any unavoidable events, airlines will not provide any accommodation/compensation to the passenger. However, airlines will try to accommodate the passenger on the nearest/earliest available flight to the destination.

Cancelation ticket by the passenger

• 15% of the flight fare is charged if cancelled the ticket before 48 hours of the flight's time.
• 33% of the flight fare is charged if cancelation is between 24-and 48 hours before the flight time.
• 100 % of the fare is changed if the cancelation of the flight is in less than 24 of flight time.

Checked Baggage on Kathmandu – Pokhara – Kathmandu flight

• ‘Y’ Class – 20 kgs.
• ‘A’ & ‘B’ Class – 15 kgs.
• ‘C’, ‘D’ & ‘E’ class – 10 kgs
• It is mandatory to pay excess baggage charges as per the sector-wise excess baggage rate.
