After a few hours of hiking, trekkers arrive at Hotel Everest View, from where you will get to see an excellent view of Everest (8,849 m).

The hike also offers an outstanding view of Mt. Thamserku (6,608 m), Kongde Ri (6,187 m), Mt. Lhotse (8,516 m), Mt. Nuptse (7,61 m), Mt. Ama Dablam (6,812 m), etc. You also have the option to continue the hike to Khumjung Monastery. It is one of the oldest monasteries in the Khumbu region and houses a scalp of yeti.

After you return to Namche Bazaar, you can spend the remaining day exploring the Sherpa Culture Museum and Everest Photo Gallery. Visit local shops, cafes, and restaurants.

You will land at Kala Patthar (5,545 m) for a quick view. Get to see stunning views of the Khumbu Icefall and many other mountains like Cholatse (6,440 m), Baruntse (7,162 m), Pumori (7,161 m), Island Peak (6,160 m), Makalu (8,481 m), Cho Oyu (8,188 m), Kanchenjunga (8,586 m), etc along with rocky hills and frozen streams.

If you feel more adventurous, you can extend the trek to Tengboche monastery. The hike from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche Monastery is moderate, so you can do it smoothly. Our team will welcome you at the Tribhuvan International Airport. You can meet them at the terminal waiting area. They will carry your nameplate or the company banner, so you can easily find them. We use a private vehicle for hotel transfers.

As we have pre-booked the hotel for you, they will be ready to welcome you and shift you to your room right away. Spend the remaining day relaxing and meet us in the late evening for a welcome dinner.

Today, you will begin the day early with a delicious breakfast. After breakfast, meet with your tour guide in the hotel lobby. He will brief you about the day program, and we will leave for a full-day tour in Kathmandu. Do not forget to pack your camera. During the tour, we will use a private car, so there will be no issue with the commute.

Our first stop is Swayambhunath, the famous Monkey Temple. It is situated on a hilltop with a lovely aerial view of Kathmandu. From here, drive to Pashupatinath Temple, one of the holiest temples in Nepal and a pilgrimage site. Located on the bank of the Bagmati River, the temple complex is huge and offers intricate architecture.

We then head towards Boudhanath Stupa. It is the biggest stupa in Nepal & a very significant site for Buddhists. Boudhanath is a very lively and soothing tourist site. The last part of our tour is a visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square, an ancient royal residence. Here, we get to explore palaces, courtyards, shrines, museums, and the bustling market all around the monument.

After the tour, the guide will drop you at the hotel. Spend the remaining day as you wish. Pack your stuff for your adventure in the Khumbu region. We advise you to end the day, enjoying the bustle of Thamel.

Early in the morning, we will fly to Lukla airport. Your trek guide will pick you up from the hotel at the given time. After completing the airport protocols, we will take a breathtaking 45 minutes flight to Lukla, the starting point of our journey. The flight will offer stunning aerial views of the Himalayas, lush green hills, rivers, and valleys.

Upon landing at Lukla, porters will join the group. It is a short and leisurely walk from Lukla to Phakding village. The trail descends through lush forests, following the Dudh Kosi River. On the way, we will trek past small villages and cross many suspension bridges. The highlight of the day is the striking view of Mt. Khumbila and Kongde RI. Overnight at a luxurious lodge at the end of the day gives a perfect end.

We have a long and adventurous day ahead of us today. We will be trekking to the famous Namche Bazaar. Leaving Phakding early after a warm breakfast, follow the lead of your guide. The trail today ascends and descends through lush rhododendron and magnolia forests. We will come across lovely waterfalls, streams, and remote settlements along the way.

There is a police check post right outside Monjo village where we register our permits before continuing further. While trekking, we get a chance to have a glimpse of the daily life of the locals. The final ascent to Namche Bazaar is steep, and the trail gets rugged.

Namche Bazaar is the tourist hub of the Khumbu region with many modern services like ATMs, cafes, museums, shops, etc. Before we continue our journey further, it is crucial to acclimatize at this elevation to avoid any risk of altitude sickness later on.

In the morning, we will hike to the Hotel Everest View. It is one the highest luxury hotels in the world, situated at 13,000 ft from sea level. The hike to the hotel is a bit trodden, but the constant views of Mt. Thamserku, Kongde Ri, Chamlang, etc make the walk fantastic.

Upon reaching the hotel, we will get to see the first view of Mt. Everest, along with Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, and Mt. Ama Dablam. After spending some time here, return to Namche Bazaar. On the way, stop at Everest Photo Gallery and Sherpa Culture Museum.

Today is a big day. After a scrumptious breakfast, we will walk to the helipad in Namche Bazaar & board the helicopter. Enjoying the jaw-dropping aerial panoramas of the snow-capped Himalayan mountains, verdant valleys, tiny villages, and rocky hills, we will fly to Kala Patthar. The flight will be short and offers mesmerizing aerial landscapes.

We will land at Kala Patthar for 5 to 15 minutes to behold the outstanding view of Mt. Everest and other surrounding mountains. Kala Patthar is known as one of the best viewpoints in the Khumbu region to witness an exceptional panorama of Everest. After enjoying the views, we will board the helicopter once again.

Flying over Everest base camp and the famous Khumbu Icefall, we will return to Lukla. The helicopter flight will be comfortable. We will land at Lukla for 15 minutes to refuel the chopper and fly back to Kathmandu. Our guide will drop you at the hotel.

Note: As Kala Patthar is at 5,545 meters, we cannot stay more than 5-10 minutes here. The drastic elevation change from Namche Bazaar to Kala Patthar will make you prone to altitude sickness if you stay long. So, we will return as soon as we can. Moreover, the pilot cannot turn off the engines at this point.

We don't want to rush you. So, we have kept one full day free in Kathmandu. You can relax, visit a spa, taste Nepali delicacies, go shopping, etc. If you want, we can arrange a guided sightseeing tour of Bhaktapur and Patan. If not, take your time to visit the nearby Garden of Dreams and Narayanhiti Palace. In the late evening, we will meet for a farewell dinner
