Meet the team of Outfitter Himalaya at the Tribhuvan International Airport. They will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel in Thamel, a tourist area in Kathmandu. The remaining day in the city is free.
Today, you will spend the morning touring some historical sites in Kathmandu. An English-speaking tour guide will accompany you with a private driver and four-wheeler. You will start the tour by visiting Swayambhunath Temple. It is also known as Monkey Temple.
From here, you will visit the Pashupatinath Temple and Bouddhanath Stupa, which are significant pilgrimage sites in Nepal for Hindus and Buddhists. The tour ends with an exploration of Kathmandu Durbar Square's palace, courtyards, and temples.
After the tour, the guide will drop you off at the hotel. The remaining evening is free. You can go shopping and enjoy your time there.
Begin the day with a delicious breakfast. After that, you will drive from Kathmandu to the rafting point. You will do the Rafting in the Trishuli River, which is known as one of the best rivers for white-water Rafting in Nepal.
Professional rafters will accompany you, making sure you are safe and enjoying yourself. At the rafting point, you will receive all the equipment and a briefing on what to do and not do during Rafting.
After you complete the Rafting, spend overnight in camp at the beautiful River Run Beach Resort. In the late evening, enjoy a bonfire and a starry night.
On this day, you will drive to Chitwan. The highway is well-made so that the ride will be smooth. The road goes along lush rolling hills and rivers. Soon, you will touch the plain part of the country (Terai) and continue the ride to Chitwan.
In the evening, you will visit a Tharu village for a quick excursion. Tharus are one of the indigenous groups in Nepal. The purpose of this visit is to showcase their unique traditions, such as stick dance. After this short tour, you will return to your hotel to spend the night.
Today, you will spend the full day in Chitwan National Park doing many activities, such as canoeing, jungle safari, bird watching, deep jungle walking, and more. You can also visit the Elephant Breeding Center and Crocodile Center.
Here, you can see many species of birds, aquatic animals, and wildlife, such as one-horned rhinos, deer, peacocks, wild boars, tigers (if you are lucky), and elephants. Many tourists also bathe with elephants. Enjoy your time in nature.
After breakfast, we will follow a highway, enjoying beautiful scenery to Lumbini. Along the ride, we will see green hills, Plain Terai, terraced fields, and small settlements.
Upon reaching Lumbini, Check in to the hotel and visit the Sacred Garden, Mayadevi temple (the place where Budha was born), Ashok Pillar and visit monasteries.
From Lumbini, you will drive to Pokhara. The highway is pitched and beautiful. Follow the rolling hills, terraces, and rivers. As you get close to Pokhara, mountains begin to come into perspective.
You will be staying at the Lakeside, a tourist hub in Pokhara. The remaining day is free in the city. Enjoy the tranquillity of Phewa Lake and explore the bustling market.
You will explore the famous tourist sites of Pokhara today. We will drive to Sarangkot view point to see the sunrise. Witness a gorgeous sunrise and stunning mountain views of Annapurna, Machhapuchhare, and Dhaulagiri from Sarangkot. You will also have an incredible aerial view of Pokhara from here.
